Our Passion for Gymnastics
Established in 2013, our gymnastics club is a family-run organization focused on providing quality gymnastics programs. We offer pre-school classes, women's artistic gymnastics, and inclusive gymnastics, promoting a welcoming and enriching gymnastics community.
Programs
Preschool Gymnastics (18 months - 4 years)
Our preschool sessions are parent and child classes designed for children 18 months - 4 years of age.
Preschool Gymnastics has many benefits. It helps with strength, co-ordination, confidence, flexability, balance, fine and gross motor skills, self-esteem, social skills and cognitive development. And so much more.......
Foundation Gymnastics (4 years+)
Our foundation sessions are independant classes designed for children 4 years of age upwards.
Foundation Gymnastics teaches the basics of gymnastics and has many benefits. It helps with strength, co-ordination, confidence, flexability, balance, fine and gross motor skills, self-esteem, social skills and cognitive development. And so much more.......
Recreational Gymnastics (5 years+)
Our recreational sessions are independant classes designed for children 5 years of age upwards.
